Numbers & terms

We're upfront about our terms – so you know what we're talking about before the first conversation. Every location is different, so treat these as target figures: we'll run the exact numbers for your site together.

Own capital€30,000–50,000Banks usually finance the rest – we support you with the concept and figures for your bank meeting.

First stock of açaí, toppings, packaging and coffee – enough for a strong start.

Reserve for the ramp-up phase

A buffer for the first months until the store finds its rhythm. Starting without a reserve means starting too tight.

Do I need hospitality experience?

No. Passion and a host mentality matter more – you'll learn everything else in our training at the Munich flagship.

Which cities can I open in?

We're starting in Munich and Bavaria, but we're open to strong locations across Germany. Convince us of your city!

How long does it take to open?

From the first conversation to opening day typically takes just a few months, depending on the location – shopfitting and training included.

How much capital do I need?

Plan for a total investment from around €130,000 with €30,000–50,000 of your own capital – you'll find all terms above under Numbers & terms. We'll go through the exact figures for your location personally.

How does the location search work?

You look for the site yourself – you know your city best. We tell you what matters, look at every serious option together and give you written location approval before you sign a lease – so you don't start with the wrong premises.

Can I open several stores?

In time, yes. We start with one store, and once it's running well we'll talk about developing your area.

What if it doesn't work out?

We calculate conservatively before opening and support you closely in the ramp-up phase. Some risk remains – as with any business of your own. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
